響(xiang)布袋除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv)與排放質量濃度的主要因(yin)素(su)為粉塵(chen)(chen)特性、濾料特性、清(qing)灰方式與過濾風(feng)速。

1.粉塵特性

如粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)徑大小(xiao),直接(jie)影響除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率與(yu)排放質量濃度。濾(lv)料在(zai)不同(tong)狀態下的(de)(de)(de)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率,均隨粒(li)(li)徑的(de)(de)(de)增大而(er)提(ti)高。對于(yu)(yu)1.0um以上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li),除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率皆可達(da)99.5%以上(shang)(shang);而(er)對小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)1.0um的(de)(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li),以O.2~0.4um左右(you)的(de)(de)(de)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率低。原因是在(zai)此(ci)粒(li)(li)徑范(fan)圍內,慣性碰撞、截留、擴散(san)效應(ying)、捕塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)機(ji)理均處于(yu)(yu)低值。塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)荷(he)電與(yu)否(fou)也影響布袋除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率。斗式提(ti)升機(ji)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)荷(he)電易于(yu)(yu)使微細粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)凝(ning)并(bing),易于(yu)(yu)使被感應(ying)產生(sheng)相(xiang)反電荷(he)的(de)(de)(de)濾(lv)料吸(xi)附,從而(er)提(ti)高布袋除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率。

3.清灰方式

4.過濾風速

在過(guo)濾(lv)初(chu)始(建(jian)(jian)立粉塵(chen)初(chu)層(ceng)前),對(dui)(dui)機(ji)織布(bu),過(guo)濾(lv)風(feng)速(su)小有助于較快(kuai)地建(jian)(jian)立粉塵(chen)初(chu)層(ceng);過(guo)濾(lv)風(feng)速(su)大則(ze)粉塵(chen)初(chu)層(ceng)建(jian)(jian)立較慢,排放質量濃(nong)度大。對(dui)(dui)針刺氈濾(lv)料(liao)(liao)影響較小,對(dui)(dui)覆膜(mo)濾(lv)料(liao)(liao)影響更小。在不同過(guo)濾(lv)風(feng)速(su)下,濾(lv)料(liao)(liao)上堆積粉塵(chen)負荷與除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)效率變化的關(guan)系。從(cong)提高布(bu)袋除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器除(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)效率來看,選(xuan)取(qu)低的過(guo)濾(lv)風(feng)速(su)較好(hao)。
